Challenging and invigorating, Yoga Flo for Peace stimulates the senses and inspires one to seek peace in each moment. This practice will awaken the dormant energy within, while calming the mind and bringing about a strong sense of awareness. Enjoy this flowing practice led by studio owner and Jivamukti certified yoga teacher Jennifer Maagendans, with original music composed by Jason Kent. 1$ of each DVD sold will go to Equiterre Features: Introduction, Contact, 75 minute flo, 45 minute flo, or for a 60 minute flo skip ahead to start at track 4 (Sun Salutations) Practising yoga since 1996, Jennifer has a background in gymnastics and a degree in Environmental Studies. Her yoga practice which began in a Hatha yoga class at the university gym, blossomed into continuous studies in Hatha, Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga. As a yoga teacher, her classes challenge both body and mind. Her teaching emphasises inner peace and happiness, as well as a strong connection to the earth. Jennifer currently teaches at Centre Luna Yoga, her own studio in Old Montreal. Exigeant et revigorant, Yoga Flo pour la Paix stimule les sens et nous inspire à rechercher la paix dans chaque moment. À titre de professeure de yoga, ses cours mettent au défi tant le corps que l'esprit. Son approche d'enseignement mise sur le bonheur et la paix intérieure, tout en renforçant le lien avec la terre. Jennifer enseigne présentement au Centre Luna Yoga, son propre studio situé dans le Vieux- Montréal
